3D Kitchen Design made easy with HomeByMe
To help consumers visualize their future kitchens, Spoon & Room has integrated the HomeByMe “Kitchen Planner” solution to design its kitchen layouts in 3D.
The brand leverages this kitchen design solution to offer its customers a personalized shopping experience. This design solution is available in the Spoon & Room store, in Paris, and will soon be available on the retailer's website.
An Exclusive and Temporary Immersive Experience
The brand unveiled an exclusive immersive experience during a dedicated event in March 2025. Spoon & Room and HomeByMe unveiled a unique kitchen design experience, featuring 3D immersion in a virtual apartment. This extended reality (XR) pilot project is unprecedented in the kitchen sector.
The idea was to offer a unique sense computing experience via the HomeByMe Reality app on the Apple Vision Pro. Guests were able to imagine, explore, and visualize kitchen design options in 3D immersion, as well as view Spoon & Room furniture in an apartment designed entirely in 3D in HomeByMe.
This unique and temporary experience demonstrates the power of 3D worlds for in-store consumer use and opens up numerous opportunities for innovation in the furniture market.
