Monsieur Meuble has turned to HomeByMe solutions, developed by Dassault Systèmes, to support its salespeople and clients with a new omnichannel strategy. The brand is part of the UCEM cooperative, the largest French cooperative network in the furniture sector.

Monsieur Meuble uses HomeByMe solutions to unify its catalog and centralize all data related to its sales and suppliers with 3D product configuration and sales cycle management.

Monsieur Meuble has nearly 100 stores nationwide and offers a huge range of modular products, from sofas, and armchairs to tables and much more. Each model offers a wide range of customization options, such as colors, materials, and finishing touches.

Monsieur Meuble’s clientele wants to get straight to the point, meaning they gather all the information online before going to the store. In 2021, 66% of consumers made online purchases to furnish their homes. 36% consulted websites before going to the store. This buying journey is fast becoming the norm. E-commerce and web-to-store are essential components of a brand strategy that aims for a seamless shopping experience.
